Job summary

Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to our aging residents. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing.

Qualifications

Valid state RN license is required.
Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred.
Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care
