Job summary

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state where employed.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Document care and resident responses in medical records.
Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
