Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a registered nurse at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson. The role focuses on delivering direct nursing care per policies and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; CARE program continuing education requirements defined.
• One year of RN experience.
• Valid AZ Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become AZ licensed in 30 days.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications as required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Documents and communicates patient condition.
• Acts as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Follows physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Performs comprehensive assessments and plans care with goals for daily living and transition.

Educación

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

Arizona Nursing License (or compact state)

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
