Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Wartburg, TN is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The RN will deliver quality nursing care and assess patient needs, revising care plans as conditions change, while supervising CNAs and LPNs as needed.

Requirements include a nursing diploma (associate’s or BSN), active RN license in Tennessee, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must stay current.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs as needed.
