Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Tennessee is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN delivers quality patient care, evaluates needs through ongoing assessment, and revises care plans as conditions change to support maximum well-being.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis, ensure compliance with regulations and Life Care standards, and collaborate with diverse care teams to meet individual goals.

Qualifications

Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
CPR certification on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care and assess patient needs.
Revise care plans based on patient condition.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
