Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; active RN license in SC or a compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and adherence to standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Deliver patient-centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional conduct consistent with MUSC policies.
• Participate in shared governance and professional development to promote clinical excellence.
