Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivers patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and environmental needs.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and professional conduct.
• Participates in professional practice model, governance, and ongoing professional development.
• Applies care management principles to identify priorities and improve patient outcomes.
• Engages in shared governance and promotes a healthy work environment.
• Must live within 30 minutes of MUSC Florence Medical Center Campus.
