Job summary

Stonecreek, located in the heart of Paducah's medical district, is seeking an experienced RN to join our 90-bed community. We offer full-time day and night shifts with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires, and a culture that celebrates excellence and teamwork.

As an RN, you will coordinate care, administer medications, monitor patients, and assist with discharge planning while delivering compassionate bedside care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state.
• At least one year of RN experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications and records prescribed dosages.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts equipment and interprets electronic displays.
• Initiates corrective action for adverse symptoms.
• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Changes dressings, inserts catheters, starts IVs.
• Provides support during examinations and treatments.
• Discharges planning participation.
• Uses time management effectively.
• Records care information accurately and promptly.
