Stonecreek in Paducah, KY, is hiring RNs for day and night shifts in a 90-bed care setting. We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and a positive, supportive culture focused on quality patient care.

RN duties include assessments, medication administration, discharge planning, and coordinating with the healthcare team. We provide comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k), shift differentials, DailyPay, and PTO accrual.

Competenze

• Current RN license in state.
• At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications and records prescribed treatments.
• Monitors and records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Interprets and records electronic displays of patient data.
• Initiates corrective action for adverse symptomatology.
• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care and timely reporting.
