Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking a results‑driven nurse leader to provide clinical supervision on a shift basis, coordinating patient care, admissions, discharges, and transfers. The role includes staffing coordination with the Director/Clinical Manager and serving as a mentor for staff performance reviews.
The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Texas with new or advancing certifications; BLS is required on hire, with other certifications as needed by the department.
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonusThis position is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis including: coordination and assignment of patient care; functions as a unit patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers; coordinates unit staffing for next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer; serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
