Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to a patient group under minimal supervision. You will complete established competencies during orientation and participate in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities include matching patient needs to nursing competencies, ensuring safety, and performing related duties as assigned while contributing to a collaborative health care team in a fast-paced environment.
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients’ needs with the nurse’ competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Two years in acute care. Previous clinical nursing experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse

AWHONN Advanced FM (AFM)
S.T.A.B.L.E. - Must provide proof of prior completion or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer date into unit (Renewal only required for Maternal Transport Team ).
