Job summary

Spring Oak is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living Community and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will oversee medication administration with CMAs, maintain accurate medical records, and conduct resident assessments in a warm, family-like environment.

The role requires an active RN license and strong clinical/communication skills, with on-call responsibilities and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and delegating medication administration to CMAs.
• Charting and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Conducting and reviewing resident assessments.
• Wound documentation and review of managed risk agreements.
• Participating in an on-call rotation for medical emergencies reporting directly to the Director of Wellness.
