Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The RN provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to seniors in the home, following a defined care plan and documenting care using EMR.

The position requires Mondays through Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm, travel to cases in designated territories, and strong interpersonal and computer skills to support high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Maryland and current.
• Minimum one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan and travel to clients in Anne Arundel County.
• Administer medications, wound care, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Document observations and actions in EMR.
• Coordinate case management and ensure timely follow-up.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications:
$55.00-$64.00 per point.
