RFK Community Alliance is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Lancaster, MA nursing team. The role spans educational and residential programs, delivering clinical oversight, coordinating healthcare services, and advocating for student and staff health.
The ideal candidate will have an MA RN license, a BSN, and at least two years of pediatric/clinical nursing experience within community or school settings. The position offers a daytime schedule with on-call rotation.

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our exceptional nursing team in Lancaster, Massachusetts. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide nursing support across both our educational and residential programs, serving youth and young adults in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who is passionate about promoting health, safety, and wellness for youth in both school and residential settings. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical oversight, coordinate healthcare services, supervise medication administration programs, respond to health concerns and emergencies, and serve as a healthcare advocate for students, residents, and staff. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, educators, and direct care staff.
Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Some flexibility may be available based on program needs. Our residential nursing team participates in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays serving programs in the Lancaster area. A weekly stipend is provided for on-call coverage.
