Job summary

Ro Health, LLC in Michigan seeks licensed RNs for school-based pediatric nursing roles. You will deliver medications per individualized care plans and collaborate with support staff to support student health and safety.

Flexible shifts available including full-time, part-time or PRN, with 7am–4pm windows and weekend/school-holiday considerations in Wayne/Washtenaw County. New grads welcome; CPR/BLS and MI license required, TB test and ongoing clinical training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medications per individual care plans for students in school settings.
• Collaborate with support staff to assign tasks and ensure student safety.
• Manage pediatric care responsibilities and follow care plans.
• Adhere to seizure precautions, G-tubes, and tracheostomy care as part of routine care.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, or PRN
• PRN availability a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon - Fri) between 7am - 4pm
• Start date: ASAP or upon available assignment

Commute

• Reliable method of transportation around Wayne or Washtenaw County.

Skills & Experience

• Providing medication to students and following individual care plans
• This nursing position has a pediatric specialty in school settings. Nurses work directly with support staff to obtain specific assignments that suit their comfortability and preferences. We additionally have PRN based schedules, collected on a weekly basis!
• Seizure Precaution, G-Tubes, Tracheostomy Care, Diabetic Management, Catheterization, Asthma Care (Preferred, reviewed in mandatory training regardless of experience)
• New Grads Welcome!!

Minimum Requirements

• MI State RN Nursing License
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Current Negative TB Result

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing
• Repositioning
• Support Ambulating
• Lifting up to 60 lbs
• Working around small children including: high energy physical activity (playing, standing, sitting)
• Relevant physical aid with daily routine
• Specific physical requirements will be reviewed during interviews for individualized cases
