MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our emergency-capable care team in Clinton, Iowa. This full-time night-shift role features a 3x12-hour schedule with every third weekend and every third holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required
• BSN preferred
• Current or compact RN licensure for Iowa
• BLS required
• ACLS required if telemetry monitoring capabilities
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire
• Basic computer skills required

Formation

Associate degree in nursing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in nursing required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Possession of a current or compact state licensure as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required only if the unit has telemetry monitoring capabilities.

• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire

• High language, intermediate to high math, high critical thinking ability

• Basic computer skills required
