Lanessa Extended Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time shifts (7a-3p and 11p-7a). A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered. Join a 96-bed skilled nursing facility delivering short-term rehab and long-term care with a compassionate team.

Pay ranges from $42 to $49 per hour with weekly pay. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include differentials. New graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Requires nursing degree (RN) from an accredited school.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current active RN license in the state, or in process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents under care.
• Follow physician's orders and transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Document comprehensive nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate needs.
• Administer medications per procedure.
• Protect residents' health information and comply with privacy policies.

Lanessa Extended Care, a 96-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Pay:

$42 to $49 an hour with weekly pay, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials

Responsibilities:

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
• Follow physician's orders and transcribe orders promptly and accurately
• Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs
• Administer medication according to procedure
• Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies and Procedures and protect residents' individual health information

Requirements:

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing or college
• Must be CPR certified
• Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one
