Job summary

Evercare at University in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities with nursing assistants. The role supports activities of daily living to ensure residents' health, welfare, and safety in a long-term care setting.

The position involves monitoring residents, administering medications, charting, and managing admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Must possess nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.

• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
