Job summary

FutureCare is hiring registered nurses to provide hands-on resident care in Maryland facilities. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring compliance with guidelines while supporting physician orders and care plans.

A focus on growth and expanding responsibilities is encouraged within a compassionate team. Ideal candidates hold an active Maryland RN license with 1 year of experience, preferably in acute or long-term care.

• Competitive Salary $36.00-$44.00/hr and Shift Differentials!
• Additional $12 per hour differential pay for all weekend hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems to ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus.
• Must possess a current CPR license.
