Job summary

FutureCare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses in Randallstown, Maryland to provide quality care to residents. Our nurses are vital to maintaining high standards of health, ensuring every resident gets the attention they need.

This role requires an active Registered Nurse license for Maryland and at least one year of preferred nursing experience. Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $36.00 to $44.00 per hour and substantial additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.

Competitive Salary $36.00-$44.00/hr and Shift Differentials!

Additional $12 per hour differential pay for all weekend hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
