Job summary

FutureCare in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines, and collaborating with physicians and care teams.

The role offers a competitive hourly salary range of $36.00–$44.00 per hour with weekend differential, plus benefits and a pathway for career growth. Maryland licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
