Job summary

Bel Air At Teravista in Round Rock, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee high-quality patient care in a team-based setting.

You will observe, assess, and document patient conditions, administer medications as prescribed, and contribute to care planning while following state and federal regulations and Cantex policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license to practice.
• Experience with patient care and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and oversees the provision of patient care services.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions and changes.
• Documents in EMR per nursing practices and policies.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Executes physicians' orders and implements care plans.
• Directs and coordinates timely delivery of patient care by staff.
