Job summary

The Elms Center in New Hampshire is seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN to lead a dedicated nursing team during weekend shifts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with facility policies.

The ideal candidate holds an NH RN license, has leadership experience, strong organization and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively with the care team to support residents and families.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and quality care? The Elms Center is looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Status: Non-exempt, Part-time

Compensation: $50 - $57, based on experience + applicable mod comp opportunities
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
