SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor who is motivated and compassionate. This position will work every weekend from 7am–7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

As Weekend Supervisor you will coordinate resident care through leadership and clinical follow-up, supervise nursing and CNA staff, and ensure assessments are completed in line with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience mandatory.
• Experience in leading a team and producing results a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the care for residents through leadership and clinical follow-up.
• Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines.
• Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
• Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff.
