Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes under physician direction. You will work autonomously, manage your schedule, and operate within state scope of practice.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus a generous uncapped bonus structure, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedules, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
• Capable of all physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician.
• Work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time.
• You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
