Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care in patients' homes, under physician direction, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and efficiency.

The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:15am–5:00pm with on-call rotation; we offer guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting; home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician.
• Work autonomously and manage your time efficiently.
• Perform all practices and duties within the scope of state regulations.

HOW YOU'LL WORK: You'll provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.

REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment. Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting Home care experience preferred. Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver. Capable of all physical demands.
