Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and to work autonomously under the physician’s direction.

You’ll manage time efficiently, meet the scope of practice in the state, and be part of a team that supports scheduling, admissions, and patient care continuity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
• Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
• Capable of all physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a patient’s home as directed by the attending physician.

HOW YOU'LL WORK: You’ll provide skilled nursing care in a patient’s home as directed by the attending physician. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You’ll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
