Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician. You will educate patients and their families and ensure the safety of the patient, while maintaining compliant documentation within state regulations.

The RN must have current licensure in the state, with at least one year of acute care experience; home health experience is desired.

• Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Home care experience is desired.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Calm, patient, and accommodating demeanor.
• Able to prioritize and work as a team.
