Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care within a defined Kentucky territory. You will educate patients and families, ensure safety, and document care accurately.

Active RN license in the state is required. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call requirements, supporting patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive skilled nursing care as ordered by the attending physician within the defined territory.
• Educate patients and family members on care plans and medications.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care during home visits.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician within specified geographical territory. The RN educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The RN is accountable for completing timely, accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations. The RN is responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the state.
