Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate patient and family support throughout the care continuum. The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and supervise delegated tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Job description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Nursing Dept. The RN has responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. The RN manages care for patients and their families through the application of the nursing process utilizing independent judgment, collaboration and communication with all team members including ancillary and support services. The RN provides and delegates patient care activities based upon patient needs and team skills/abilities and supervises the delivery of care by team. The RN evaluates patient response to treatment and nursing interventions, and as needed, revised the plan of care. The RN monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
