Talent One Services seeks compassionate Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a dynamic acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Only one year of RN experience is required!

This full-time role offers $27.72–$36.30/hour, with up to $39.60/hour for 15+ years of experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Relocation support and strong benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• ASN or ADN required.
• Active Florida RN license (Compact/Multistate).
• BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in an acute-care setting.
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights

We are urgently seeking compassionate Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a dynamic acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Only one year of RN experience is required!

What You'll Do

• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends

Schedule

Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Rotating weekends required
