Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking qualified nurses to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will evaluate patient needs, administer care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using advanced technology.

You are a vital part of our healthcare family and will contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will perform wound care, IV therapies, medications, and care planning while supporting family education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Michigan RN license required or LPN license.
• Current CPR-BLS certification required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Long Term Care experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor personalized care plans.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork to support the unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focusing on well-being.
• Promote hospitality and a positive healing environment with patients and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including directing assignments and trainings.

• Starting Wages for RN: $34.15 - $39.00per hour based on years of certification!

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts - Part Time position

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Michigan Registered Nurse RN License Required OR LPN Practical Nurse
• Current CPR-BLS certification required
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Long Term Care Experience REQUIRED!
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
