Job summary

Triboro Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have LTC experience and hold a valid NYS RN license. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay through a trusted provider, with premium health coverage via Aetna.

Salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 annually. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are required to effectively coordinate resident care, staff scheduling, and policy

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS RN license and be eligible to practice in New York.
• LTC experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to meet resident care needs.
• Provides compassionate support to residents and families.
• Delivers information to residents and the health care team.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and protects resident confidentiality.
• Maintains documentation of resident care services.
• Manages nursing supplies inventory and supports inter-team cooperation.

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Completes resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families.
• Provides information to residents and health care team.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment.
• Maintains resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintains documentation of resident care services.
• Maintains nursing supplies inventory
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold valid NYS RN License
• LTC experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: $105,000-$115,000
