Job summary

Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility in Monsey, NY is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, mentor nurses, and uphold standards of care for residents.

Requirements include a valid RN or LPN license, and prior long-term care and charge nurse experience. Strong computer skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid State RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years long-term care experience preferred.
• Two years charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication.
