Smithtown Center is seeking an RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and uphold high standards of patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The position offers a part-time schedule, salary range of $50–$52 per hour for three days weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri, 9-5). Join us to help recruit, retain, and reward our staff while delivering exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
- NY Nursing License with previous managerial LTC experience.
- Sets Unit goals and standards.
- Consults with physicians as necessary.
- Analyses patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care.
