Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse — Unit Manager for the day shift. This full-time role requires an RN license in New York, with 1 year supervising nursing staff and 2 years in LTC/Rehab. Knowledge of MDS 3.0, DOH/CMS regulations and EHR is essential.
The RN Unit Manager will supervise staff, document medical histories, monitor vitals, and manage patient care plans while communicating with families and maintaining accurate charts.
