BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Trauma PI Coordinator Registered Nurse to lead coordination of trauma care across the hospital in partnership with the Trauma Coordinator, Trauma Medical Director, and Emergency and Trauma Services leadership.
Candidates must hold a current Texas RN license, obtain BLS within 14 days, and have ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or ATCN; ATCN is preferred. 1–3 years in Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma and a college degree are assets.

A registered nurse with demonstrated interest, education, and experience in trauma care and who, in partnership with the Trauma Coordinator, Trauma Medical Director (TMD), Director of Emergency and Trauma Services, is responsible for coordination of trauma care. Coordination will include active participation in the trauma performance improvement program, the authority to positively impact trauma care of trauma patients in all areas of the hospital, and targeted prevention and education activities for the public and health care professionals.
