Alpha Home Health and Hospice in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Trauma Unit. Provide direct care to patients with traumatic injuries; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.

Ideal candidates hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree with under two years of experience. This safety-sensitive role emphasizes alertness and safe practice, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
