Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Trauma Charge Nurse (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership in a busy Level I Trauma Center. You will coordinate daily unit activities, support staff, serve as a clinical resource, and deliver direct patient care when necessary.

You will lead development of complex care plans, assess patient changes, and promote evidence-based practices through strong communication within the interprofessional team.

Qualifications

• Requires current RN licensure and 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have 5-10 years of experience.
