Nurses develop specialized expertise across trauma, geriatric trauma, and acute care surgery units, caring for a diverse patient population.

Promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on injury management, and ensure safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify individualized care plans, evaluate patient responses, and participate in professional development activities.
