Role: Provides clinical and operational leadership as a Trauma Charge Nurse (RN) in a Level I Trauma Center.
Responsibilities: Coordinates daily unit operations, supports staff, serves as a clinical resource, and delivers direct patient care. Leads development of individualized care plans, promotes evidence-based practices, and evaluates patient and family experiences to enhance safety and satisfaction. Facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams, identifies care gaps, and ensures adherence to standards.
