Deliver safe, patient‑centered nursing care across the continuum by leveraging the nursing process, administering treatments per protocol, and adapting care based on patient needs. Collaborate effectively with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and upholding professional standards, ethics, and ongoing development (including flexibility to float as needed).
