Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs.
