Position: Registered Nurse (CN II) - Telemetry at SRH - Easton, MD

As part of UMMS, UM Shore Regional Health enhances its clinical programs and facilities and facilitates physician recruitment, bringing world-class medical care to Maryland’s Mid-Shore region.
The network serves Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot counties, including two hospitals — University of Maryland Shore Medical Centers at Chestertown and Easton — two emergency centers in Cambridge and Queenstown, and multiple outpatient facilities and urgent care services.

Job Summary: Demonstrates the ability to administer quality nursing care professionally, supporting patients and families through the nursing process, with coaching from team members. Practices align with System and Nursing Strategic Plans, Shared Leadership, and Relationship-Based Care principles, within Maryland Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies. Adheres to standards set by the American Nurses Association.
