RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN for the Surgical Unit-I at RWJUH Hamilton Hospital in New Jersey. The role supports night shifts with a 24-hour per week schedule, delivering safe patient care and medication administration.

Requirements include NJ RN license, ASN or Diploma with BSN planned within 5 years, BLS/ACLS, and weekend/holiday shifts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Pay Range: $46.90 - $63.09 per hour

The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview :

The Registered Nurse is expected to ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care. Perform, adapt and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures. Administer medications accurately and safely. Document according to policies and procedures and demonstrating technical skills specific to the nursing unit.

Required:

• Current New Jersey RN license
• ASN or Nursing Diploma (Must agree to complete BSN within 5 years of hire date)
• BLS and ACLS required
• This position works every other weekend and holiday
• Strong communication, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills are required to be successful in this role,

Preferred:

• BSN
• Chemo/Immunotherapy Provider Card
• 1-2 years medical-Surgical Oncology nursing experience

Schedule:

• 24 hours a week - Nights
