Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Intermediate Step-Down Unit, 4D, a 35-bed unit caring for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This role supports patients requiring nursing interventions every 2–4 hours.

You will work day or overnight shifts, with weekend rotation, and participate in our clinical ladder and tuition assistance programs while enjoying comprehensive benefits and 403b contributions.

Formación

• One year of nursing experience required; two years in acute care preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed or license eligible in Delaware.

Registered Nurse on Inpatient Surgical Intermediate/Step-Down Unit- Day/.Midnights

Christiana Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical Intermediate Step-Down Unit, 4D. This is a 35-bed Intermediate Care/Stepdown inpatient unit, caring for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This unit cares for patients requiring nursing interventions Q2-Q4 hours. Requirements:

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• One year of nursing experience required. Two years' of nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
• Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire

Hours:

This is a full-time position of 72 hours per pay/36 hours per week. The hours for this position are Day Shift of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. AND Overnights of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. This requires a weekend rotation and follows internal weekend requirement practice. Holidays required per organization policy.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
