ChristianaCare was first in Delaware to achieve Magnet status in 2010, and is first in the state to attain re-designation, demonstrating sustained excellence in nursing practice and adherence to national standards!We operate the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore. The Surgical Critical Care Complex (SCCC) is a 22 bed Surgical / Trauma Intensive Care Unit. We have a cohesive Nursing Team who serves patients with a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurses on this unit work with neurosurgical, general surgical and adult/pediatric trauma patients.
Hours: This is a Day/Midnight rotating schedule of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. This is for 64 hours per pay. Most shifts will be (4) 12-hour shifts and (2) 8-hour shifts OR (5) 12-hour shifts and (1) 4-hour shift per pay period. Weekend and Holiday schedule is per departmental & organizational practices.
Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
