Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2 East Surgical Stepdown/PCU, a 32-bed unit known for high acuity care and rapid patient turnover. You will monitor high‑complex patients, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support family education as part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role requires MI RN licensure, BLS, ACLS for specific departments, and a BSN within five years if not already held.

2 East cares for high‑acuity surgical patients who require frequent monitoring, multiple lines/tubes, and complex nursing care.
The 32-bed unit specializes in Core Surgical Services, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery. Additional Surgical Populations include General Surgery, Trauma, and Plastic Surgery.
2 East is a fast‑paced, dynamic unit known for High volume and high patient turnover. Nurses will use constant clinical decision-making with diverse patient scenarios (including medicine overflow patients when beds permit).
This unit is a strong professional foundation for nurses aspiring to:
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Nights
Full time, Part time Every Other Weekend and Every other Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-Time team members.
Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
