Job summary

Reading Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, plan and document nursing care, and deliver excellent care across a diverse patient population. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, planning, and medication administration within the RN scope.

We offer a Nurse Residency Program for new grads and a comprehensive benefits package. PA RN licensure or temporary permit and BLS are required, with opportunities for growth within a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Licensed or temporary practice permit as a PA RN or RN in Pennsylvania.

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Delivers high-quality nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation and documentation.
• Performs patient tests and administers medications within the RN scope of practice.
