Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and identifies nursing needs.
• Documents timely and accurate medical records.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfers, discharges.
• Provides perioperative/postoperative care and supports patient well‑being.

How you'll contribute

You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.

What we're looking for:

Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support required
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• Experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Participation in on-call rotation, including extended hours during the week, Weekend on-call coverage
